The Wim Hof Experience was one of a kind. I was able to learn ways positively impact my physical and mental health. I had the pleasure of living the in-person experience in Vancouver at the PNE Forum with 100 other people who were also in search for self growth.
Lately I have been experiencing some problems during my bench press and pullups. I’ve noticed a pretty big difference with feeling uneven during those exercises. To address those issues, I paid a visit to a local Athletic Therapist named Jon Cain. Jon is a well known athletic therapist in Victoria B.C who also owns and operates ‘Cain Exercise Rehab’. After doing some massage release on the muscles that I was holding tension, he gave me some exercises to build stable, healthy shoulders. Before getting into those exercises, I was able to ask some general and exercise related questions.
September can be an exhausting month which can cause unnecessary anxiety, stress and sometimes even depression. If you are attending school or are getting back into the swing of things after the summer time it can be a tough adjustment. Some days it can be easy to let the September grind get the best of us, so I have put together some ways that may help you push past the grind.
