Lately I have been experiencing some problems during my bench press and pullups. I’ve noticed a pretty big difference with feeling uneven during those exercises. To address those issues, I paid a visit to a local Athletic Therapist named Jon Cain. Jon is a well known athletic therapist in Victoria B.C who also owns and operates ‘Cain Exercise Rehab’. After doing some massage release on the muscles that I was holding tension, he gave me some exercises to build stable, healthy shoulders.
